Address Position

A balanced and Athletic Address Position is Essential for a Player to make an Efficient and Effective Golf Swing.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

The Load

A Player must Load their body to a Powerful Position with the majority of their weight on the inside portion of their rear leg.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Forward Swing Transition

The Player must transition the majority of their weight to their lower front leg and foot without pulling on the club with the arms and or hands.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Impact

The impact position is nearly identical to the address - however, notice how the players left hip is already rotated toward the finish -this rotation allows the golf club to remain between the forearms with a strong right wrist at impact.

From the moment a player takes their address position, through their backswing or load and even at impact they should always have a completae and balanced finish as their ultimate goal.
